2/02/2023 - Sheriff Offolter continues to stand in support of every Constitutional Right including the 2nd Amendment. In 2021 Sheriff Offolter in conjunction with the McClain County Board of County Commissioners declared McClain County as a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. Sheriff Offolter will continue to fight for the rights of every citizen of McClain County.
